I paid over $130 in extra fees that were never mentioned when I originally booked. The listed price is a lie and you are facilitating scamming people.

First thing I did not get the car I ask for. The price of the car was to expensive

The entire car rental process went very smoothly!

Bus took over an hour to pick up at the shuttle area. There were too many people waiting by the time the bus showed up and had to wait on another bus even though we were the third group waiting originally luckily the next bus came within 15 minutes. Then had to wait almost 2 hours in line at the pick up location just to get the pick up process started. Not a single employee moved with any sense of urgency. Will be giving my business to anybody else except budget or Avis since they are part of the same group.

Cost was way too high and although I reserved in advance, still had to wait an hour for the van .

The car was dirty on the outside. Also, at the airport location, check-out should've been completed at time the vehicle was turned in.

Horrible experience. They gave car with no battery & no curiosity to even serve us first as we return back due to bad car issuance. I dont recommend to any one for this kind of poor customer service & they gave a remote that has no buttons( Mazda SUV). Plus car has all kind of indicators & we are not sure if that car will complete the trip.

No waiting. Upgrade. Courteous.
