Needed a Standard SUV to pack up my stuff to move 12 hours away. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance, and I get a call 2 hours before my pickup time saying that they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. They then directed me to another pickup location and changed my reservation without my permission and doubled my daily rental rate. They didn't answer my phone calls, which directed me to the main office in Dallas, and their response was "Sorry sir, we can't change your reservation back". I showed up to the new location and got stuck with a smaller vehicle that didn't have enough room for my belongings. The whole thing has been absolute nonsense. If you don't have the vehicle I reserved, don't have it as an option for me to set up a reservation under.
