When arrived in St. John’s car was not ready and we had to wait. Paid 2400.00 for 10 days which is ridiculous. Returned car and everything was fine and then we get a call saying there was a stain in the trunk. We are being charged 250.00 for the cleaning of the trunk. Absolutely horrified at the price, just price gouging customers. Will never rent from budget again, total rip-off!!! 😢

Liked the car we drove alot and it was great on gas. It took way to long to get the car. It was a pick up at 1pm and didnt get the car until 2ish.. The car was 90 % clean. Which was ok. Drop off was great. Quick. Overall it was good.
