It only took a few minutes to change the car when it's computer mess up, but we've to try in different is places to find another one

Couldn't use debit, then couldn't use tap to pay with my credit, so I had to go all the way home to get my credit and then return to the rental place again. I couldn't make any changes to the rental on the phone. I had to go to a physical location to do so. Any questions that I did have were answered incorrectly on the phone (including store hours) because I couldn't get ahold of anyone who worked at the physical location, only outside of the country.
